TRX Suspension Training
TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise and was developed by a U.S. navy SEAL. This revolutionary method of levered bodyweight exercises builds power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevents injuries, all the intensity YOU choose. How Do You Get Started?
- Sign up for a FREE TRX 101 class! You must complete this class before you sign up for a session or drop-in.
- Once you discover that you LOVE TRX, stop up at the front desk or call in to sign up for a 6-week session or a drop-in class.
- Payment is due at the time of sign-up, and as a member you will get priority registration.
