Childcare FAQ

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, in order for us to give your child the best care possible, we require reservations to be made at least one day prior to your child's drop-off.

Are there age limits?

Children between the ages of 3-months and 10-years are permitted in childcare.

What happens if I have to cancel?

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24-hours before drop-off) will be charged a $5 fee.

What happens during bad weather?

We always put the safety of our members and their children first. In order to do that, our management team may close our childcare facilities when it's necessary.

What if my child is sick?

In order to protect the health and safety of our staff and the children we take care of, we do not allow any sick children to be admitted into childcare. If during your child's stay, an illness is detected, it is at the discretion of our staff to notify the parent/guardian and have the child taken home.

Should my child bring snacks?

Yes, we allow children to bring a snack, drink, and even a favorite toy.

Is there a time limit on how long a child can stay in childcare?

Reservations can be made for a maximum of two-hours per day. Parents/Guardians must remain on the premises.
