Western FuelBar delivery services are applicable to Western Racquet & Fitness Club members and guests only. The service enables patrons to order certain Fuelbar products through the site and have such order delivered at an address provided during delivery hours of 3pm-5pm Monday through Friday as available on the site and as opted by your completion of your order.

All orders are subject to a minimum purchase total of $30.00, including taxes and delivery fees. Payment may be made through a Western Racquet & Fitness Club house account that has an active form of payment established in the Western Racquet & Fitness Club billing software.

Following completion of your order, please do the following:

• Choose a delivery date
• Provide a delivery address where your order should be delivered
• Add delivery notes to your order

Available delivery dates and associated delivery fees will be shown during the ordering process on the site. All orders are processed 24 hours after order is received. Orders received before 5pm CST will be eligible for delivery the next day. A standard delivery fee of $3.99 will be charged on all orders below $50.00. The delivery fee is waived on all orders over $50.00.

All smoothies come pre-made, vacuum sealed and frozen. Simply add recommended liquid. If you are not available in person to receive the order, a cooler should be placed outside your door for delivered items to be placed in.

Western Racquet & Fitness Club makes no representation that the FuelBar delivery service is appropriate or available in other locations other than where it is operated by Western Racquet & Fitness Club. The information provided on the FuelBar delivery services website is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject Western Racquet & Fitness Club to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the FuelBar delivery services website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

You accept and agree to be bound by this agreement by acknowledging the terms and by continuing to use the website. If you do not agree, do not use or access or continue to use or access the company services or the website.
