Unhealthy habits are hard to break...but only if we have to do it alone! We all have things that get in the way of our looking and feeling better. Western's new Health Coaching program is here to help you take the stress out of it.

Health Coaching will benefit you if you want to follow a personalized program, need one-on-one communication, have difficult life situations that require creative solutions, need accountability, don’t want to fail, and want to take it to the next level.

The Health Coaching program will help you find what works for you, help eliminate obstacles blocking your success, and keep you motivated.


Health coaching is not only about health and fitness, but overall well being. Alexis has helped me build a road map to overcoming postpartum depression and anxiety. Alexis is a great listener, very professional and non judge-mental. She has help me to process and work through many emotions that are sometimes difficult to understand. Meet Your Health Coach

Alexis loves being apart of people’s wellness journeys and she strives for them be the best version of themselves. She approaches wellness with eight different dimensions that she guides her clients through to find the right balance. No wellness journey is the same, which is why each situation is unique in its own way. Alexis graduated with an associate degree in Wellness and Health Promotion with an emphasis in Health Coaching from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She is also an ACE Certified Health Coach, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist through Fit for Birth. In her free time, Alexis enjoys lifting weights, spending time with her husband, creating Shutterfly books, and camping.
