Junior Programs
Fitness has no age limit! That's why we have programs and events to help the youngest members of your family build healthy habits, learn new skills, and feel confident in their abilities.
Junior Certification Program
Get your tween or teen certified to be out on the gym floor without supervision with the Western Junior Certification Program. This program will help kids ages 10-16 learn proper gym etiquette and safe form on gym equipment.
Sessions include:
Four 90-minute sessions
One-on-one instruction with a certified personal trainer
Full overview of all areas of the gym, equipment, etiquette, and safety
Western has partnered Paramount Performance to offer a 6-week Youth Sports Training Camp with a focus on athlete-specific training to support long term athletic development by building a foundation of strength and quality movement. The session will be 6 weeks and meet twice per week with athletic skill lessons and speed & agility training.

Junior Tennis Programs & Events
Western has tennis programming throughout the year for youth of all ages–including our instructional Tennis U program, tournaments, parties, and and free clinics.
