Fitness has no age limit! That's why we have programs and events to help the youngest members of your family build healthy habits, learn new skills, and feel confident in their abilities.

Junior Certification Program

Get your tween or teen certified to be out on the gym floor without supervision with the Western Junior Certification Program. This program will help kids ages 10-16 learn proper gym etiquette and safe form on gym equipment.
Sessions include:
Four 90-minute sessions
One-on-one instruction with a certified personal trainer
Full overview of all areas of the gym, equipment, etiquette, and safety

Basketball & Sports Performance Training

Western has partnered with Steve Baker's Next Level Grind Sports and Paramount Performance to offer a 6-week Fall Basketball Camp with a focus on athlete-specific training to support long term athletic
development by building a foundation of strength and quality movement all while honoring their on-court skill development to become better basketball players.

The Fall 2022 begins session begins September 12th. Session is 6 weeks and meets twice per week with on-court skill lessons and speed & agility athletic training.
