Challenge the body and the mind on our WaterRower (TM) real water rowing machines in one of Western's three regularly offered rowing classes - Indo-Row, CoreCrew, and TRX+Row. There are no gimmicks with rowing. It's been around for centuries and the benefits are numerous and scientifically proven. You'll work 80% of your muscle mass with every stroke, counteract sitting at your desk all day, give your joints a no-impact workout, and practice mindfulness as you get lost in the rhythm of the authentic, smooth feeling of water resistance.

Indo-Row

Challenge your body with 20 minutes of endurance rowing, then finish up with functional core training and stretching. Calm your mind with the low impact, zen rhythm of our real
water rowers and an in sync crew. You’ll find the perfect balance for your workout with CoreCrew.

TRX+Row

It’s the best of both worlds with
TRX+Row! Get the smooth, low impact of rowing combined with
the full-body strength workout
of TRX training. This class is designed for all levels and will give you a full-body cardio and strength bang for your buck, all in 45 minutes!

TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX is for anybody and everybody because YOU decide how difficult to make the workout depending on your positioning.

TRX 101

You must take a TRX 101 before signing up for any of our TRX classes. This free 45 minute class will get you comfortable on the straps, walk you through some basic positions, and teach you how to maneuver on TRX.

TRX Drop-Ins

Western offers a wide variety of TRX drop-in classes throughout the month. Find a regular weekly class you like or bounce around to different classes as your schedule allows!
