Challenge the body and the mind on our WaterRower (TM) real water rowing machines in one of Western's three regularly offered rowing classes - CoreCrew, Indo-Row, and Shockwave. There are no gimmicks with rowing. It's been around for centuries and the benefits are numerous and scientifically proven. You'll work 80% of your muscle mass with every stroke, counteract sitting at your desk all day, give your joints a no-impact workout, and practice mindfulness as you get lost in the rhythm of the authentic, smooth feeling of water resistance.

Indo-Row

Dubbed as the”most efficient total body workout in the world” Shockwave will amp up your workout and allow you to challenge yourself! With fully instructor-customized circuits created new for each class and rowing at the center of it all, you’ll never get bored with this high  intensity workout.

CoreCrew

Challenge your body with 20 minutes of endurance rowing, then finish up with functional core training and stretching. Calm your mind with the low impact, zen rhythm of our real
water rowers and an in sync crew. You’ll find the perfect balance for your workout with CoreCrew.

TRX+Row

It’s the best of both worlds with
TRX+Row! Get the smooth, low impact of rowing combined with
the full-body strength workout
of TRX training. This class is designed for all levels and will give you a full-body cardio and strength bang for your buck, all in 45 minutes!
