TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX is for anybody and everybody because YOU decide how difficult to make the workout depending on your positioning.

Sign up for a session and gradually work on building your strength and ability on the TRX over the course of 6 weeks, drop into one of our regular Drop-In classes, or try a free TRX 101 to learn the straps before you take a full class!

TRX 101

You must take a TRX 101 before signing up for any of our TRX classes. This free 30 minute class will get you comfortable on the straps, walk you through some basic positions, and teach you how to maneuver on TRX.

TRX Sessions

These 6-week sessions gradually work on building your strength and ability as you advance through different TRX exercises. Watch your strength grow as you progress through each week with the rest of your class!

TRX Drop-Ins

Western offers TRX express drop-in classes throughout the month and 6-week ongoing sessions. Drop-in to an express class and focus on core, legs, upper body, and other specific areas for a quick, action packed 30-minute workout.
