Western is proud to support many groups and organizations in the Green Bay area. To request support for your fundraiser, charitable event, or cause, please review our requirements, then contact us using the form below.
Our Donation Policy
Before completing the request form, please be aware of the following criteria:
We do not make cash donations.
Our first priorities are non-profit organizations and school programs.
Our donated memberships come with some restrictive conditions (must be an adult at least 18 years of age and a local resident to use).
Please understand that although we would like to donate to everyone, this is not always possible.
If we cannot support your request, please feel free to try again another time.
Donations will be left at the front desk of Western Racquet & Fitness Club.
