The Strength School program teaches kids from 6th-12th grades how to weight train safely. The class will help kids enjoy personal and physical growth in a positive and fun environment.

Practice your tennis skills and get a great workout at the same time with our Adult Tennis Drills. Drop into Tennis Express and Cardio Tennis and work on skills like footwork and hitting while socializing and getting a great calorie-burning work out!
Learn boxing techniques and combinations on the Heavy Bags and Speed Bags.
Class will be held on and off the bag as participants incorporate all of Western's favorite toys, including TRX, battleropes, kettlebells, rowers, and more.
This is a full body, hour-long workout open to all levels!
