From savory bites to sweet treats, enjoy a variety of freshly prepared dishes while you mingle with fellow members, meet our staff, and start your day on a flavorful note. Join us from 9:00–10:00am and fuel up for a week full of wellness, connection, and fun!

Sunday Snippet returns every Sunday at 9 am. This month, we will be featuring S'Hiitember, combining your favorite modalities with Strength and Hiit. For the month of September, the Sunday Snippet will be open and free to the public!
Join Kari for a special Open House S’HIIT—a full-body HIIT class using multiple pieces of equipment.

Candlelight Yoga & Live Harp + Pumpkin Succulent Workshop
Find your balance with an evening of relaxation and creativity at our Open House. Begin with 45 minutes of all-levels candlelight yoga led by Erin, accompanied by the soothing sounds of live harp music by Jill, to restore both body and mind.
After yoga, enjoy a hands-on Fall Succulent Pumpkin Workshop led by Roots on 9th. Using real pumpkins and beautiful succulents, you’ll create a stunning seasonal centerpiece that lasts well beyond autumn. When the pumpkin fades, simply replant your succulents to enjoy year-round.
All supplies are provided, along with a complimentary glass of wine to sip while you craft.
