Junior Programs

Athletic Performance Enhancement

Western has partnered with Paramount Performance to offer a youth sports training camp with a focus on athlete-specific training to support long-term athletic development by building a foundation of strength and quality movement.

Beginning November 21st, class will meet twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays
4:30 - 5:15pm
5:30 - 6:15pm
6:30 - 7:15pm

$200/month - Monthly
$250/package - 8-session Package
$35/session - Drop-in

Group Fitness

RowVember 2022

Join us for the ultimate monthly rowing challenge for the entire month of November. We're packing the schedule with over 30 rowing classes (including two Rowing 101 for those who want a rowing crash course) all through the month of November in the ultimate challenge to rack up those meters!⁠ ⁠

We will have prizes awarded when you hit a certain meter goal PLUS a grand prize for the most meters rowed for male and female.  All your rowing must be done at Western Racquet. There will be water rowers available on the floor and in the TRX studio for general use (outside of class times)

Join us Thanksgiving Day for our annual Tennis Turkey Shoot!

Begins 8:00am

Doubles matches, no partner needed for sign up.
Timed matches will use a no ad scoring format.

Personal Training

December 5th-January 27th - Maintain Don't Gain

Your mission? MAINTAIN, DON’T GAIN! The holidays can be a tough time to stay true to our health and fitness goals. Holiday treats and alcohol flowing can all lead to hiccups in our progress. Join the Maintain, Don’t Gain 8-week challenge and stay motivated and accountable this holiday season!

1. Buy into the challenge for $25.
2. Maintain or lose body fat percentage over the course of 8 weeks & win your money back!
3. Win additional money from anyone who does not successfully complete the challenge!

BONUS: The person with the most check-ins during the 8 weeks will win one free Personal Training Session!

Weigh In: December 5th - 9th
Weigh Out: January 23rd - 27th

*All weight measurements will be taken at the Personal Training desk. Failure to weigh out between 1/23 - 1/27 will count as an automatic loss of the competition. All money won during the challenge will be returned to participants as an account credit.
