Jay’s dedication to strength, endurance, and a healthy physique fuels his relentless pursuit of fitness knowledge. With a strong background in bodybuilding and powerlifting, he brings confidence and expertise to the team. Jay’s passion for educating and supporting individuals from all fitness levels makes him approachable and eager to share his insights.

His fitness journey began in high school, where he played football and participated in track. However, his true enthusiasm for fitness ignited during his senior year while weightlifting at Western Racquet. He carried this passion into college at Carroll University, where he studied business. Throughout his college years, Jay maintained a disciplined training regimen, followed a strict diet, and continually expanded his fitness knowledge to achieve his goals. Post-college, he successfully balanced work and personal life while making the gym a priority.

Outside the gym, Jay enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring Wisconsin’s state parks, hiking, snowboarding, riding his Harley, and relaxing on the water. He also cherishes time with his dog, Lucy.

Influenced by role models like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ed Mylett, Jay draws inspiration from their achievements in fitness and business. He finds motivation in reading quotes from influential figures, which helps him stay focused on becoming the best version of himself.

What drives Jay as a personal trainer is his passion for helping others. He thrives on assisting clients in visualizing their goals, creating actionable plans, and executing them effectively. Jay recognizes that life can be unpredictable, but he emphasizes the importance of consistency and discipline in achieving a healthy and successful life—both in and out of the gym.
