Health and Wellness has always been extremely important to Stacia. Her main focus with clients is helping them develop sustainable lifelong healthy habits. Stacia went to college for nursing after a long battle trying to decide what career to go into. Athletic training and physical therapy were both extremely interesting to her, however Personal training wasn’t even on her radar until she was already working as a Registered Nurse. Previously working as a Registered Nurse, Stacia saw a vast lack in educating patients on personal health and wellness which often resulted in patients not getting to the root of their health problem. Instead of really getting in depth with patients in regards to daily habits that could lead to a healthier life she often found that the time allotted per patient and education given wasn’t enough.

She strongly believes that fitness isn’t a “one size fits all” activity and finds a lot of joy in helping her clients find an enjoyable routine that’s tailored specifically to them.

Stacia loves to work with clients who want to take a deeper dive into their health. As someone who enjoys lifting heavy weights, she really loves familiarizing and getting new clients comfortable and confident in the weight room.

Outside of the gym Stacia loves to spend her free time outside, whether it's kayaking, hiking, or just reading a book in the sun. She also loves to hunt in the fall and enjoys spending time on ATV trails.
