Paige’s love for fitness and health started at a young age, while attending and participating in her dad’s training sessions every chance she got. Having grown up in a gym, Paige experienced firsthand the positive impact a personal trainer can have on an individual’s life. She believes fitness can enhance physical and mental toughness applicable in and out of the gym.
With a background in Crossfit and powerlifting, she is passionate about assisting individuals in discovering and developing their own strength.
Paige believes in helping people strive for personal improvement within their individual abilities. Paige coaches a wide variety of clients wanting guidance with their health and fitness needs. Paige will adapt training plans based on the client’s unique goals through a wide variety of functional, effective exercises. Paige believes in demonstrating exercises and adapting movements to best fit each client, ensuring a successful and safe experience
Paige assists her clients in identifying their internal motivation in order to ensure the intended behavior change is sustained. She provides them with direction and encouragement required to discover their internal motivation and direction.
Paige learns what works best for each client via our mutual cooperation and communication, together to create an action plan to start on the road toward transformation to improve one's health. Fitness is a journey, not a destination.
